Sale Discounts Aren't Registering

I put an item from my wish list that was showing 50% off in my cart, but when I click on the cart, the item is showing full price, can someone please explain what's going on? Thanks.

When you do, can you please explain a bit more? It WAS showing? Does the item presently have 50% on it's product page?
