Where are the Textures for the DAZ Horse 2?

I searched the store. I double-checked my downloads -  all I got was bay, black and grullo.  Somewhere, I got the impression his default coat color was chestnut.  I've seen pictures of a white DH2, palamino DH2, a black & white horse but it might not be DH2 since it was with the barnyard.  But since the barnyard is included in one of the bundles, you've got to wonder.  Other than the Starter pack and the Pro pack, I can't find any textures for the DH2.  They can't be purchased separately?  I don't really want the barnyard or armour or an anvil.  Besides I think I got one of those with the millennium horse.

The textures that you are looking for are in the DAZ Horse 2 Starter Content file.

Check this out, it will allow you to use Millenium Horse Textures on DAZ Horse 2.

Most of the textures are not in any separate purchaseable products, but bundled into the starter and pro bundles, so with the pro bundle you get

    • BlueRoan
    • Buckskin
    • DappleGrey
    • GypsyVanner
    • HancockRoan
    • LeopardAppy
    • MahoganyBay
    • SilverGrey

And with the Starter bundle you get:

    • Buttermilk
    • FleabittenGrey
    • Palomino
    • SmokeyGrulla
    • White

The 3 textures you have are the ones that come with the base DAZ Horse 2

Here is the exact link to the freebies that allows you to you older Mil Horse 1 textures on the DAZ Horse 2. You have to own the Millenium Horse to use these

    https://sites.google.com/site/crblackthorne/downloads

There are a number of very cheap textures around for Mill Horse 1, for example

... I never noticed the extra breeds and colors with the pro bundle. Dang it.

There's no way to get those without buying the pro bundle, is there? Any way to ask for some sort of discount for having the lesser bundle?

If you are talking about what I suspect you mean, then there are no geografts. However the base model when loaded is a male and is "complete" at least more so than a standard DAZ male, although there is limited detail and no morphs except for 1, which is the "Mare" morph, which removes the "appendage" turning the horse into a female.

Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet, if there's ever a good sale on the pro pack.

I got it for a shade over 20$ during a particularly mad weekend during March Madness 2014 (I got Olympia 6 pro for the same price at the same time). However you would be very lucky to spot it at this price any time soon, but who knows?

Yeah. But there's no flippin way I'm going to pay $90 for a package when I'm throwing away the $30 I already spent on part of it. :/

It may be worth opening a Sales ticket to ask if you can "upgrade".
