Discount cannot be used for items already owned (bundles)

Does anyone know the policy in this scenario?

  • I meant to buy a pro bundle a few days back
  • I accidentally bought the starter bundle indecision
  • I noticed the next morning and messaged Daz support. I asked either to be refunded or the difference taken from my store credit
  • No reply back yet and I really want to pick up the pro bundle for a scene I'm doing

I'm wondering whether I should just pick up the pro bundle and update my support ticket to tell them or if that'll mess up my refund on the starter bundle. I'm reasoning they're different products and things shouldn't be affected, but I don't want to end up paying twice based on a some technicality. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of situations like this?
