"Inactive"

When checking my product library, I found some ancient ones mentioned as "inactive". What does it mean ?

I tried to download some of them; It begans normally and after a while it stops, like if the link has been just broken.

Can you explain this ? Are these items dead, existing no more, unavailable ?

I have been unable to find an explanation somewhere. Can you help me ?

Inactive means it is no longer available in the store; but you should still be able to download them. If you continue to have trouble downloading a particular product you should contact customer support
