I have her down as Aubrey Plaza for imo obvious reasons, but I always find Colm Jackson's likenesses more of a reference starting point than a one-to-one likeness (with some obvious exceptions.)

I think Milly and Reann look fairly similar in these pictures.

 

But I also think the character looks similar to that picture of Denise Richards. I also have a tendency to think people look alike when they apparently look nothing alike.

That angle is kind to Alcock, but having seen other photos of her, I'd say that - for starters - we'd have to "scrunch up" Reann's face and give her a massive overbite to begin to have any real resemblance.
