Trying to get a good likeness for 13th Doctor. Will pay to commission morph/texture if necessary.

Hi everyone, I've been trying to put together a Thirteenth Doctor for a project I'm working on, but I can't get Jodie Whittaker's likeness. Does anyone have any advice, or even better, does anyone know where I could commission a morph/texture to really nail the likeness? I'm willing to pay what it's worth as long as I can afford it, as I really want this to look like her. I'm aware of Celebrity Series 112, but it doesn't quite get it right for me. Here's my current attempts attached. I'd be grateful if anyone has any ideas, or knows anyone capable of doing this!
