Genesis 9 figures are not loading..

Whenever I load a genesis 9 figure its not loading. Initialy this problem did not occure but now its not working. It says daz is "not responding" and the software gets crashed. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the genesis 9 figures. but the problem remains same. plz help!!!!!

    Which DS version do you use, 4.21? 

    I'm not sure but you may try to clear DSON cache files before loading...

    "Not responding" is not crashing, that just means DS has not responded in time when mommy (Windows) has asked for a response. If one just lets it finish playing, it usually continues just fine, but if one keeps bugging, one gets the Windows question, whether one wants to kill the application (homicidal mom)
