How to rotate several elements together keeping their distance?

Hello everyone . Maybe someone can help me with this.
I imported an .obj model and it came out in a vertical position to the ground. It is a car model and I want to change the axis of the model but I select everything and it only moves one element. How to make everything together appear with the correct plane position? Thank you very much in advance.

In the OBJ import options dialogue try using the 3D Studio max preset, that will adjust the axes for you. OBJ imports are usually single pieces, so I am not sure how you have them independently rotatable.
