Payment problems

Dear Daz, I've used my Mastercard to pay for products today. I keep getting errors with the payment process as when the error message shows up, it says "* required fields" but the card has been selected and the security code already entered. I tried PayPal but due to some PayPal issues, I resorted to using the Mastercard. Is there anyway to fix this?

  • Check that your adress, especially country, are correct.

  • You need to file a Sales support ticket. It's under Help in the menu. Help>Contact Us, then scroll to the bottom of the page for the Submit a Ticket button. When you're on that page check in the upper right to make sure you're logged in.
