Bleah.   days of working in a guard shack in the middle of a field, hardwre engineer with scope hooked to the min board, bottled water, and finding friendly trees to hide being when it was time for a Nauree break. indecision

Lools like it paid off, though.  I think we fixd our last motor positioning bug.  This will, of course, require some extreme partying over the weekend! devil

I need to spend more time in Bryce, I need some art for my Twitter account and better art for Bandcamp.  Urgh. More tutorials...

@KK: Geesh! I sure hope you hear back on that second interview soon!!!

    ...now that is impressive.

Interesting how the simplest of elements can be use to create a haunting and beuaitful work.

    Aww, thanks! blush

As I practice my craft and leqrn from the masters at it, I'm continually amazed by how much can be done with the right tools and approach.

The weird part to me is to complete the tune, re-listen, and feel as if there's no way I could have made this...

It is really hot out today. Our local county fair started today and my son and his marching band had to perform. Out of the 20 schools that performed they were the only school that wore their uniform which is all wool. My son was dehydrated by the time they were done.

  • I have a headache probably because it is hot outside.

    ..you are most welcome.

I miss music. listening is one thing, but perfoming and  creating it is a whole different feeling. Part of why I wanted to write Leela's story as she is able to do what I no longer can.  If I had the resources for the extra hardware and software, I'd consider giving digital music composition/production a try as I don't have to depend on piano/synth keyboard ability (I still can use my left had OK though and through laying down digital tracks, I probably could compose an entire symphony).

    nomms cupcake  Thanks!

more of a peeve than a complaint, people who leave their used kcups in the kuerig machine in the breakroom.

took lil under 3 hours for ca to render scene.  i cranked the idl from 200 to 500.  made a big difference.

i just now made up 2 new words:

    'scap' = a screen capture

'scapfail' = when the forum s/w fails to 'attach a file' more than 3 times in a row.

wu oh geomagnetic storm.  impacts migratory animals.
innately, are humans migratory? if we didn't have jobs and houses tying us down.
there's people go live Florida winter time.
