I have been away fomr DAZ for sometime. I have windows 10 and I noticed that my Props Folder in in my Documents Folder. It should be in My Library right or in a folder inside My Library? DAZ and the installer have both been updated.

Yes if you're using the defaults that sounds like the wrong location. Can you identify the product(s)?
If your props folder contains Daz Studio content it should somewhere that Daz Studio uses as a library. If you go into preferences, select the Content Library tab and click the Content Directory Manager button you'll get a tree view that shows all the directories that Studio is using as libraries. Depending on your setup you may have My Library, My Daz 3D Library (I've got both) or just about anything there.
I have 4 folders under the Props folder that is in the wrong place. They are dated around 2013. Wich is about the time I took a long brake. Peter your post reminded me that I also have to library's one called My Lirrary and the other deep inside call libraies. That also has props take a look at my attachtments. I still would like your ok fore I move the folder. Thanks.Sorry I had some problems addeing attachmets. Might be a Windows 10 problem.
The Libraries folder under Runtime is supposed to be there, that's not a root content folder but part of the required Poser Runtime structure. And yes, it is supposed to have a Props folder underneath it.
