Animate 2 installation problem

When I manually try to install my Animate 2 on Daz 4.8 at the default of: 'C:\users\(my pc name)\Doucments\DAZ 3D\Studio3\content' it says the path cannot be found. Is this because this is the path to the previous daz version? (Daz3 which I don't have anymore and not Daz4) I assume this is the case. Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to put it manually with Daz4? just give me the path please.

Also please don't suggest to use the Daz install manager as I have tried using it and its not on the list of purchases for some bizzare reason.

    you should not have to install Animate 2 with Daz 4.0 or later. It is already installed. Just input the serial key.

     

    Help>Installed Plugins> Find ANimate, put in your serial Key. Restart DS. Success!

    ah good! do you know how I get the serial key please after doing that?

    Note that if you do manage to install the separate version of Animate2 (you shouldn't be able to, but Weird Stuff™ happens sometimes), then it still won't work properly, if at all, after you put in the serial number. This is because the plugin in the separate installer is an older version than the one built into D|S — it will overwrite the newer version of the file. If this happens, the easiest fix is just to reinstall D|S. Not any of the content, or the Starter Essentials, or any other plugins you might have bought, only the program. This will leave you with the proper current version of Animate2. You shouldn't need to put in the serial number again, but it might have been lost in the reinstallation.

    I'm having a problem here like that:

    I'm using a DAZ 4.8 and animate2 was working ok. But now it is stop. i saw the the plugins options and the animate 2 is green like all others but it have a serial box and a check icon and a cart (buy icon) at side. I put my DAZ serial and the chek icon dont become green (i thinks that it should happens) then i re-start DAZ and nothing.. The animate istill in LITE.

     

    Someone can help?

    AniMate works in Lite mode after 30 days. if you want the full version you need to buy a license and enter the serial number.
