Troubles with FilterForge

Hi!

 

I purchased FilterForge a few months ago, but never took time to install it.

Now I want to do it, it ask me to enter the key code. I found the code in my account > Serial numbers, but it always says it's the wrong name or code (Of course, I copy-pasted it).

Do I have to enter a specific name for it? the name of my daz account? The name on my email?

Do I have to copy the "daz customer" part off the keycode?

 

I have to admit I'm a bit lost!

I finally got it, I just had to split the whole code in half, with first part as the username.
