Which Character ?

I see this ad pop up on a lot of sites I visit, and was wondering if anyone knows which character it is? Is it just base G2F or V6?

I don't think it's either. I think it's either Belle or more likely one of the Belle characters. Of course, that would be G2F wiht morphs. The face is definitely familiar.
