ISO Deform Tutorials

Ok, so after some cranial flatulence, I cannot recall how to set up deformers to deform a clothing object(I'm wanting to make some clothing morphs, but not with dForce).  I know I had some tutorials for it, and I recall a long post here similar to RGCincy's dForce tutorials, but I cannot find it.  Also, I swear Fugazi had a tutorial series with deformers, but I too, cannot seem to find that.  Am i just imagining things, or am I looking in the wrong drawer again?
