Hi guys , just saw several cool Marvelous Designer/Clo/OBJ clothing file in Artstation . They also have low price for personal use . So I wonder if I intended to use it for 'Imported G8 figure using Diffeo" what kind tutorial I need ?

Is it enough with just copy Vertexgroup and RIg Modifier from G8 Character in Blender ?

I suggest you to buy only the original Clo/Marvelous Designer files (no exports) and adapt the clothing to your figure using the Auto Fitting functionality of Marvelous:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NjCNZxcYtk

After, export in FBX/OBJ and use Transfer Utility (in DAZ) to create a DAZ clothing (add rigging).

    Thanks for information !!

Actually I dont bother use it in DAZ but only in Blender . Diffeo have some tutorial about changing the clothing  which I`ve successfully follow with DAZ modified/sculpted cloth ( can not use as morph target but useable in Blender after copy vertex group and use same rig modifier as G8 )

What I`m asking is , Do I need  another method beside what describe/explained in Diffeo tutorial above ? Especially  since I`m intended just using imported Drapped OBJ object ? For information all item in there offer several format in one purchase

If you use in Blender I think you need a rigged clothing.
Marvelous exports only a geometry file with UV..no rigged geometry so you must:

    • pose the figure before importing in Marvelous (or pose in Marvelous: https://youtu.be/L2Q4RVpRIQs?t=184), model the clothing and export it in posed shape (but you can't anymore move the figure)
    • or maybe import in DAZ to transfer the rigging from your figure to clothing and later reimport in Blender

Not all clothing can be used with only a clothing simulation, so I suggest to always add some rigs (like the sleeves). Like DAZ assets, many times it's a mix of rigged and simulated clothing (Dforce in DAZ)

Your detailed information about "RIG"  actually what DIffeo Tutorial about . . Yeah that would be need extra rig if the wardrobe I want to use is non body suit type

My modeler partner didnt understand how the morph target works ,so instead just moving vertices /edge/face , he`d done some extreme stuff with adding more geometries and delete the rig which came with Diffeo .So the new cloth doesnt follow when I`m posing G8 .

Then I follow the tutorial above ( in short - Copy Vertex group - Use same rig modifier ) . After doing  that the new cloth worked as intended - Follow everytime I change the G8 pose
