I guess it's for lights coming with the set, and the lights sometimes breaks (and only works in 3DL) with updates as they are complex shader scripts.

The Pan-Dimensional Hotelier
Big Jim was using a public vidphone one day and found himself tranported by it to medieval times. Always charming and resourceful, he manged to establish himself in those times and became proprieter of a small inn. The vidphone booth was a bit of a wanderer, phasing in and out and bringing many hapless travelers to his establishment. Jim's culinary skills were not the best but he served a wonderful grog.

obanion#01 I like it. Since you mention not being happy with it, - I think the only problem is the lighting. It appears to be coming from the back left. If you made it more to the left so it hits the Traffic Pixie she would appear to be forward more. (I thought she was back by the storefront window when I first looked at it, probably because that window is so busy and also because I assumed she was human-sized before I read that she was a pixie.)
