PBR skin shaders

Are there any utilities such as skin builder by Zevo that can be used on [the PBR skin shader] these type of shaders . Would be great to be able to add moles, stretch marks and veins to break up the almost doll like skin.

There is only one PBR Skin Shader, it isn't a broad class of shaders. I'm not aware of an Skin Builder-type product that supports the shader.
