Disable PostgreSQL ?

I don't need smart content.

Is there a way to fully disable PostgreSQL dependencies in DS?

Meaning, I like to tell DS to not use it at all, so I don't need to wait for the pop up during startup that is telling me that it can't find the database.

Sadly not without redesigning the program, as since 4.9 the CMS has basically been a "hard" requirement, content makers need it installed and running, otherwise it will crash DS when they finalise the save using anything under "Support Assets".
