Glad I looked at active topics... first time I've done that. Just had a sneaky suspicision.

My DIM just spins and I just finished a shopping spree for the Throwback Sale.

Is it high volume that's causing it? As long as I know it's not me, I can wait till tomorrow.

    Cheers, SileneUK

It isn't you. ("Its not you its us." LOL. )

    That's just spooky! ;) Silene

It logs in but doesn't display my list of recent purchases.

This actually seems to be a pretty major cock-up, given the importance of DIM in the DAZ sales process now (order fulfillment!) - but it's not the first and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Well I had been logged in for over an hour, and refreshed regularly, and then eventually the list showed up. Download also works.

Maybe I'd just waited long enough on hold to move to #1 in the queue... :)

I don't think this is a DAZ specific issue. I'm having hang time with everything from web browser to my remote desktop to work disconnecting for no reason. Our HO is on the East Coast USA and that's where they are having some sort of routing issue. Can't really blame DAZ for internet infrastructure.

Well, went to bed (hey my hours are crazy) then later had to shut everything down for threatening t-storms. When it calmed down i checked again and all seems okay now.

I was so happy when the DIM problem cleared up. I have loved DIM from the beginning and panic when it doesn't work.
