I've complained here profusely over the past few years about the number of tickets that go unanswered or closed without being resolved. So I thought it would only be fair to give credit where credit is due.
Just this week I've had 15 new tickets resolved within a few days, and some of them even those "small things" that have gone unanswered in the past. This really is encouraging and I hope it is a sign that DAZ has finally decided to start taking the tickets seriously. Please continue in this direction.
Yes, credit where it's due they are back. My latest ticket was responded to in hours and resolved within a day.
In some types of Customer Service personnel it's cyclical... they emerge from hibernation after several years, respond to numerous tickets for several days, mate and then build new cocoons underground and hibernate for several more years... hopefully this is not the case.

15 new tickets in a week??!! no wonder they are behind. I am usually one a month if that.
