Hey, anybody know what the flower headdress is on this Ms. Rin picture? I'd ask Catalyst, but I can't figure out which one is the vendor.

It may just be individual flowers placed on her head. Look at the flower right in the center where her hair is parted - it's not attached to anything. It's just sitting on her hair.
Someone asked the same question here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/427416/id-ms-rin-flower-crown although there was no definite answer, some suggestions were made.
