She looks like one of those Final Fantasy characters that come with their outfits and hair for G8F, that are available at other stores. Not exact, but you can get similar results with Aiko 8, or any of the Crocodile Liu characters.

Yes indeed Aiko looks a lot like him but the fact remains that it is not her. She also changes the color of the skin which in the images has a lighter shade ..

I checked and there are some similarities. Maybe it's a personally developed Genesis 8. Anyway thanks for the help!

That's a model ripped from a game. It's Sarah Bryant, a Virtua Fighter character, whose model comes from the Dead or Alive 5 fighting game.

 Yes, in fact it is her, but in the photos it is a little different, I would say re-proportioned.
Just look at the size of the neck she has on the cover image ..!
