How to animate in Bryce ?

When I try and animate on a timeline of about 120 frames I'll set a keyframe at 1, move a plane and something else around then go to the end and move stuff around and again set a keyframe. But it seems to reset or something so I can end up with just the one frame again. So I just end up with the frame at 120 all the way back down to 1. I'm guessing it needs looking at in more detail but is there any explanation of what's going on ? Read the artist guide but couldn't see anything specific.

Read through this thread and see if you can find anything useful there, http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/45629/

If not you can always ask in that thread, which is linked to in the sticky for useful threads at the top of the Bryce forum.

thanks chohole. had a look at that one and oboros's video. Been reading through the manual and things are looking better. Turned off the nano editor and managed to animate the camera. What really helped was changing the display mode and i realised that once the keyframes are in it's made an animation it just stays in there, on the screen there can be something completely different - sort of disassociation.

Think I may have the Lightning working, some of the advice for reducing render times sounded interesting.
