Wet Shadders for clothing

I bought a great product some time ago, "Iray WetWorx"

I think I may be applying the decals improperly?  Not getting the wet look as shown at all

Using the surface tool, and still not working. 

Anybody with this product can you please help?

    Decals are far from intuitive to use. The decal needs to be facing towards the camera, and it also needs to be parented to the item that you want it applied to. For the first issue, you'll need to do spot rendered or keep your viewport in Iray mode to see where the decal is located.
