Hello. 

Can anyone help me load some 3rd party content onto the software. its a obj file, which I also have as a fbx. Thank you.

    File>Import should load either, but if the model is rigged OBJ won't help; however, only a limited range of FBX exports with rigging are likely to work due to the variability of the format.
