[Diffeo] How to edit imported morphs?

acdum1857acdum1857 Posts: 105
September 2021 in Blender Discussion

Once all the morphs(JCM, Flex, Body Morphs, Units, etc) were imported normally, I assumed they were assigned to shape keys.

However, other than the basic morphs like JCM, most were added only to Diffeo's menu.

I want to edit those morphs through sculpt, but I can't because they are not in the shape keys in the object properties.

Just like editing shape keys, how do I edit those morphs?

Are they only available in Diffeo's menu?

In Diffeo, look under Advanced Setup -> Morphs.  There are options to convert morphs to shapekeys.  Those shapekeys only work on the base resolution, so if you sculpt I think you'll have to do it at base resolution.  You can apply the multires modifier and sculpt at higher resolutions but they won't be saved as shapekeys.  Let us know how you make out.

Oh my... I didn't expect it to be possible!
It transfers well and works well.
Thank you so much for your accurate and quick reply. yessmiley
