    These are 'Aniblocks' and work in conjunction with the Animate plugin.

    There is a free version of Animate that comes with DS4.7, and they will work with that, but there is also a paid for version which has a few more features : http://www.daz3d.com/animate2.

    The paid for one is not necessary to use Aniblocks.
