...I feel the same way, sans the 20° mile long walk (it's in the 40s here).
With what I have been hearing and reading about SSI, the Lotto looks to be the only "retirement plan" we have left.
It's not just you. They were 39.95, and yes the price went up around 10%. >:(
Those bits must cost more to replicate this year...
...and for the extra cost, you still don't get the "toast" unless you get the pro bundles. >:(
Glad I got all the base figures I needed during the PC and December sales.
I feel your pain.. been saving upo for 3 weeks for new software musical instrument.. sigh.. well, it's cheaper than buying content.. or not.. this synthesizer is nearly $200... :ahhh: :bug:
I have a real synthesizer...Roland Juno 60.

Yeah.. well, I'm in a new-content moratorium until my dang album is done, anyway... :blank:

I used to own a Roland U-20 and u-220, Yamaha TG55 and a Motif Rack.. but since I move so much, had to dump hardware..
But the soft synths do things real hardware can't so I'm happy! :cheese:
...for a good part of my 18 years tenure at my former employer I worked in a non climate controlled warehouse. Try entering data or setting up spreadsheets and composing correspondence/memos while it's 30° - 35° and you naturally can't wear gloves.
In the old place, our lunch/breakroom actually had a stove in addition to the normal nukers and fridge (almost not needed during the winter as it was so cold in the warehouse you could keep your lunch in your desk drawer), as well as a telly. It was also nice and warm there during the winter. The stove was a nice touch for I could bring soups, pizza, as well as other food I made at home, and heat it up "properly". When the company moved out to the burbs. the lunch room was smaller, with only had the nukers and fridge and was almost as chilly as the warehouse.
The old location was also right in the city where there were numerous restaurants one and foodie carts one could walk to. After the move you needed a car to get to the nearest eateries most of which were crappy fast food joints like MickyD's, Burger Sling, and Toxic Hell.
Wireless mouse installed.. rocks, man
Only one battery, too.. easy peasy! :)
...I had quite the opposite,
After going out to see the Portland Blazers lose (I think I have to stop going to see games because when I do they always seem to lose), I went out to get something for late dinner, after which I was so tired I went to bed (shortly after my last post of the night here). Woke up with the early alarm hit "snooze" dozed back off and when I awoke again it was 13:30! :ohh:

...seems though you have a lot of what you need.

Everything for album art for 190 years, I think.. good to go for now!
Oh, pictures, please!

...an accurate observation considering the meager pay I was earning, lack of benefits (as a long term employee, had costs for the company's health plan covered, then they took it all way when they changed to a really crappy low cost provider), and the sudden mood swings the owner and his daughter (who was the VP of sales) would have.
...now that is a really neat story.
...at least they're pretty. Where I am it's the crows that will squawk up a noisy storm.
Beautiful plumage. But the first one has an evil eye! :ahhh:

Hey! I like Burger King!
And you could have gotten inexpensive gloves and cut the fingertips off. If Leslie West could play guitar that way, you could type that way. :)
