The car isn't properly UVMapped which distorts the texture. You have 3 choices to try, one would be to export the car OBJ into a modeling program and change the UVMapping. two would be to use a different car that is properly UVMapped. You could also try to add an iray decal to the car,  something I have never tried and not sure if the lack of a proper UVMap would affect that.

  • found this

tried it but Blender goes not responding when I hit ok  :(

Sorry, the image you posted shows it listed as 2018 prius sketchup which means it is a sketchup model made in sketchup. Most of those models are usually posted here https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/

I just checked out that model and it has no UVmapping, so no way to add any textures to it without UVMapping it first.

Ah I see, what would be the easiest way to UVmap it?

there is no 'easy' way, just depends on the software and your learning level. blender can do it, along with hexagon (both free), pretty much any modeling app. I used ultimate unwrap 3D to do a quick box map on that sketchup model, then added some iray shaders and slapped on a logo. It's far from perfect, but it gives you an idea

google UVMapping and you should have plenty of options

I don't what happened to move the verts but to UV map it well you need to create seams to segments the mesh into sections that can flatten well.
