Wishlist cleared

When I visited my wishlist today, there were just three items, random ones. I lost hundreds of wishlist shortcuts. Logging out and in again did not fix anything. Has anyone had the same problems lately? What to do?

Yes, I do. Still only three items. I'm afraid I lost like 900+ shortcuts... I would wishlist things my friends would like to see, not only what I wanted, so it grew.

    Hi cecilia.

This happens from time to time for individual customers and we have no idea why, and therefore, no idea how to reproduce and fix it. We want to just redo the entirety of the wishlist system, and it's on our to-do list.

Meanwhile, the proper step here is to submit a ticket. That being said, the ticket would be handed to me so I'll just look into it now. I'll do my best to restore as much of your wishlist as I can. I'll post an update here when I'm done. =)

Edit: Recovered 923 items. You are good to go. Sorry for the inconvenience. =(

Not related to the wishlist glitch (which bit me a while back and once was enough, thankyouverymuch)...

I've seen that "can't retrieve personal data" message pop up a handful of times since the new store went live. Anyone know what it means?

There are also free browser extensions that can save an entire web page with images and all in a single file. I use Mozilla Archive Format for Firefox.

Wow, you are so quick... You never cease to amaze me. Thanks so much, everything works now. And in my humble opinion, the new wishlist is much better than the previous one. You can only add one product (no point is adding multiple instances as we aren't limited by the number of downloads, yay), the wishlist doesn't reload every time I remove something and you can see the shortcut on the product's page too.

Same happened here. Saved some items but then started seeing items I thought I'd saved... and saved them agiain.  Then when I checked I notice I had less than 100 items, only what I'd saved that morning--so there may be an overlap.  I had over 4300 items.  (big plans over a long period of time)

I submitted a ticket already either on friday or saturday.  Waiting now.

It happened once before but I figured either you guys dump it once it gets over a certain number of saved items.  Now I see that isn't the case.

Web has informed me that a lot of wishlists had items drop over the weekend. The correct move was to put in a ticket. I'll probably be recovering a lot of wishlists today. Sorry for the inconvenience. =( I really dislike our wishlist system.

I just got an answer to my ticket that the problem will be resolved in the next 24 hours - good luck to you, DAZ_Ben!
