    That's not very informative, but I am going to guess you mean the invitation to subscribe to the newsletter. On that assumption, is your browser set to delete cookies on exit? If so have it make an exception for the Daz cookies (they aren't tracking cookies anyway, just for remebering your site details when you are here).
