Looking for fish people (SOLVED)

I know I have seen some in the PCFAD section recently, but can't recall their names. That'll teach me not to buy everything when it's on sale ... Does anyone remember the names of any aquatic/fishy people? Any generation welcome, but also definitely looking for some newer stuff as well.

I'm looking more for... well people with fins on their heads and stuff. Maybe some webbed hands? Blue skin from top to bottom, or maybe green. That sort of thing. Thanks though, I should have been more clear.
