    ...yeah, there is one small part ofthe fantasy genre I have an affinity for, and That's the fae. as they are not exclusive to medieval or "high" fantasy. 

    One story I have been working on is a fusion of cyberpunk and what lays "beyond the hedge" (a good portion of it takes place in England where old forces have been reawakening), essentially, a near future dark fairytale.

    Jus never got much into the whole knights in shining armour, saving damsels in distress, dragon slaying thing.

    Apparently The Flintstones are "Stonepunk"... and Gilligan's Island was Islandpunk.

    And according to Bruce Sterling, we are living in the Nowpunk era...

    ..sadly "Blandeverydaypunk" never caught on.
