    Thanks Jack...I did, on Sunday. I've tried all the tricks mentioned in the forums to no avail, so hopefully they get to my ticket soon, but I guess a lot of the new PC+ members who joined since the sale started are in the same boat, so I'll wait patiently [more or less, patiently...]
