how do I keep Figures from changing location when posed?

Its really annoying when I apply a pose to a figure and they change location. For example, If I apply a sitting pose and the figure moves across the scene to sit in some preset position like a car that isn't really there. Is there some way to apply the pose with out the xyz translation changing? -thanks

    the quick answer is ... NO.
    you need to choose a pose that does not have any transitional movement included with it.

    It's easy to remove the transitional settings on your character though... zero out the z & x at full body and at the hip. Those are the two locations where the movement settings are located.

    Hold down the CTRL key while double clicking on the pose preset icon. A dialog is displayed. Uncheck the XYZ translations.
