    I asked what was going on without asking for a refund immediately -- if maybe the props were supposed to have been an separate smaller product for people who didn't want the room structure, the way that other vendors have done with some other things, or if there were supposed to be some entirely different props that never got packaged. They're checking to see what's happened, and based on that (or on enough time passing that it gets a bit more urgent), I'll decide whether or not to ask for a refund.

    My main issue was; don't call it an "Add On" if its a repackage. I really don't need to be checking the contents of every similar package... When the set came out the Add On items weren't in it. So I didn't have an issue purchasing it. Then that all changed.

  • I purchased only the main Messy Apartment product, since I'd previously purchased FG Vintage Home Items and believed the Messy Add Ons to be redundant.

    According to customer service, the add-on has now been removed from the store, and all items merged into the main product. If you purchased the add-on separately, you should put in a ticket requesting a refund if desired.

    I believe refunds should now have been issued to all purchasers of both parts of the original release - I certainly show one, and hadn't put in a request.
