Anyone Know Where I can get this Clean High School Texture?

Hi Everyone,
I have almost every Parkside and West Park building out there,
but I cannot find this clean high school version. Please see attached.
I believe this is the refurbished version of Jack Tomalin's Parkside High Lobby.

I just cannot find it. I thought I already owned it. Can you help me track it down?

East Park High Hallways and East Park High Lobby. Note that they are texture add-ons for Parkside High Hallways and Parkside High Lobby, respectively, but no requirements/add-on links are shown on any of the pages.
