    Parkside High Lobby is a decaying municipal building from the ill-fated 3D town of Parkside. This fully modular set creates two floors, including stairwells, and has windows and door sections that are interchangeable. A preload preset will get you started.

    Also included is the DAZ Studio light set as used in the promo artwork.
