Blender Bridge - Doesnt work when exporting with all morphs

Hey guys :-), 

 

I have a "strange" problem when using the Blender Bridge. When i export with minimal morphs all works just fine. But when i export with all morphs it usually doesnt inport into blender. After 5 or so % i get an error ... something mentioning the FBX file created before. 

Strange about it is ... sometimes it does work correclty ... but not often. 

Anyone got a idea why this is happening?

Ok ... i found out that this only happens with subD higher than 0 ... 0 works just fine.

Screenshot below shows the message i get when i try to import subD1 or subD2 export with all morphs on ...Import of a version with minimal morphs always works ...
