I'm new in Daz, is it possible to get iray quality render in blender cycles? Or nearly close? When I import character in blender, add the diffuse it looks so washed out. Please if possible share a screenshot of principle BSDF node! Need help!

Have you actually ever looked what others are capable of accomplishing with Blender Cycles? That would answer your question right away.

So you are saying cycles is better than iray? But I am not getting the result I want. It looks so washed out

Render engines don't give you the result you want, but the result the settings in various ways (lights, angles, materials amongst others) determine.

Washed out suggests too much light, or at least too much hitting the camera. It could also be materials. Hard to say with a few words: Pictures are worth about a 1000 I believe.

What are you trying to do. It is hard to help when we have no clue what to help with.

    IMO yes.

But both are equally capable of produce absolutely amazing results. Depends on the user.

Agreed.  I've seen great renders with both.

jasonmir83 - If you still want some help, please pose a screenshot of your current node setup for the torso or face, and also what skin texture you are trying to use in Blender.  With that information we can offer some help to get you moving in the right direction.

    Short answer: Yes.

Longer answer: Yes, but you have to learn the material node system. Converters like Diffeo will get you 95% of the way there, sometimes even a practical 100%, but you'll sometimes have to tweak things a bit to meet your own aesthetic taste.

Really, do yourself a favor and learn the material node system before you make any comparisons.
