     It seems to be a big improvement over the start of the day regadless. 

    No kidding... There's still a lot to fix but it's getting better.

    Yes, I get the newletters. And bugs is nothing new here, although this is worse than before. I realise that they are doing everything they can, but they could have said: we are having troubbles with the store still, so we will have the current sale for a few days longer. That way I could have chosen to shop when the store was back to normal. But as it is with no word about that then I had to make sure I could get the deals I wanted for today. This could have been avoided with a little communication.

    I have tried, at various times since the DazDay began, to do something simple that one does at a store: put items I want to buy in my damned cart.  I have tried not just repeatedly, but on TWO DIFFERENT DEVICES to cart some things, and also to WISHLIST some things.  Never mind all the scary price-shifting and error stuff that's also running amok-- I mean, to get to where that matters, you have to get a product into the cart, first.  Just now, for example, I tried again, to cart 2 STILL NEW releases from the "SEE ALL or OVER 100 ITEMS" or whatever page of STILL NEW items. The pop up deploys and indicates that my choice went into the cart as expected. If I refresh that STILL NEW item page, the CART  ICON NUMBER BADGE changes to reflect the added item. But on going to the cart itself, I get a small text sentence about a cart server error with a string of digits. Refreshing the page brings up the cart finally, and lo, the added item... NOT THERE.   Since about a hour after the new DayDaz began when I first tried to shop, until just now when I confirmed this still is happening by attempting to cart https://www.daz3d.com/-skies-of-economy-redux--volume-4 ; and https://www.daz3d.com/vulcan-flyer-warmaster-division , I have been getting this.  On two different computers, so it feels unlikely it is my PC or browser (different browsers used).  I do see that these specific 2 examples are both PC+ items which may or may not be pertinent to the error. Thins that were not PC+ were not wishlisting for me either, however.  Of course, pricing on what I can get into the cart seems to be dodgy and unreliable still as others may be subtly indicating. :)   The only cart I managed to succeed in getting done in the last 2 or 3 days (yesterday) did not show TAX being applied on the right side totaling area of the cart (it showed 0) but my cart was EXACTLY $1 dollar higher than the actual correct total of the prices shown for the products. $1 dollar would not have been the correct amount for TAX for my cart total so, who the hell knows why the Daz software is apparently failing kindergarten addition., but I'd encourage people to check the math of your cart totals even if the prices themselves are correct.
     It bears repeating, IMHO, that shifting the software platform for the entire store in the midst of complicated monthlong daily-shifting-deals annual sales campaign and making customers suffer as guinea pigs is inexcusable decision-making; a double barrell fail, really: first the decision of the timing, and 2nd, the miserable execution. I really want, at a store, to quickly and painlessly shop, not spend incredible amounts of time frustratedly TRYING to shop because the store has on one hand, chummed the waters with incentives hard to ignore while using the other hand to  break the damned cash register, and scribble over the UPC codes and peel off the price tags, as it were.

    PS: I read mentions in the forums including this one of a foxhole props product, and one poster who had seen it gave the link directly to the product but that link, when I tried it, simply (and repeatedly) went to an "OOPS!" error page adorned with a cute chameleon. I've never been able to actually SEE that product.  I'm thinking being able to actually, you know, see ALL the products is maybe an important  step toward being able to successfully CART ALL the products.

    I did not receive one, and still have not. Checked spam folder, refreshed multiple times, etc. Quite annoyed.

    Yes as PC+ problem was affecting everyone creating tickets would not have helped, that needed a global fix.

    I think they know of the mail problem, but as it doesn't seem to be global it might be worth a ticket.

  • I haven't either, I'm not sure how long it has been as I can't check the time on the email lol, but it seams like a very long time. I need a reciept. A very importand basic thing, to get a reciept of my purchase. I'm very annoyed aswell.

    I'm wondering if the foxhole product was pulled. It had been sitting in the cart [waiting to go free] but just now when I checked the cart, it was gone however the bundle was free and was purchased :-)

  • Not sure if this is an issue that needs addressed but in case it helps someone having DIM problems. 

    Due to reading about items not showing in DIM, I brought mine up to check & was having trouble logging into DIM. Then I noticed that it wasn't showing the email associated with the account. some of the characters in the email address had gotten changed. Once I fixed the email, I could log in. It looks like all my purchases are in DIM & downloading properly (Hadn't bought anything this month though)

    Example with fake email:  [email protected] is the correct address; but in the DIM log in it somehow got corrupted to Girl%[email protected]

    I submitted a ticket, It feels better atleast to have done something about it, a little bit. It feels very uneasy to not have a reciept of my order. I checked everything carefully before, so I think everything is correct, but I still needs a reciept. And the store credit needs to show the balance before the order so I can make sure it adds up.

  • I am glad to see Mega Pack 5 fixed. Hopefully there will be a Mega Pack catch-up anyway. I don't think 3 was fixed before it was changed out for 4.

  • I was finally able to get two carts full of stuff to work, including applying the coupons and paypal checkout.  Yay!

    I purchased 4 PFAD items this afternoon; so, I checked to see. DAZ correctly charged me sales tax on the $1.99 PFAD price

    Thank you for letting me know. If others are getting the wrong tax I would try what jjmainor below suggests first and see if that corrects it for now, if not, especially on orders that were actually processed, I think put a support ticket in on that (unless a bunch of people end up seeing that same issue) 

    Just wanted to update my experience with sales tax being charged on the full amount.

    Most of the time DAZ seems to charge me the correct sales tax; but when I add a coupon after completing my cart the sales tax is not updated and remains the charge on the original full amount.. The workaround is to add an item to the cart after the coupon is applied. This causes the sales tax to update to the new lower amount; and if desired the item can then be removed from the cart. Put another way:  in order to get the correct sales tax the coupon has to be applied before the cart is completed.

    Still doesnt explain why taking the "free" Foxhole Props, which wasn't showing free, out of the cart lowered the tax by eleven bucks.

    2 of the products I've been unsuccessfully trying to get to show in the cart (written about earlier, see quote)  still show up as thumbnails in the "STILL NEW RELEASES" page that opens when you click SEE ALL/OVER 100 ITEMS (whatever)  even when I refresh or hard refresh the page or open it anew from the main sale promo page for today, but NOW when I click on those products, they will not even open to product page, just land on the chameleon-decorated OOPS! etc page.   Of course, clicking the CART icon beneath the thumbnail instead of trying to open the product still does not add them to the cart successfully.   The point of a store holding a sale is to get people to click "buy" on things they want because it is offered at an enticing price.  By the time these products get fixed, if they ever do, they will no longer be "still new" releases, and thus not available at today's price.   All this to say: DAZ, please just STOP THE SALES, FREEZE THEM, until you get the store under reasonable control, so that we do not have to SEE BUT MISS OBTAINING DEALS and SUFFER THIS MADDENING FRUSTRATION.

    I'm a PC+ member, and have lots of items in my cart, but prices are not discounted and nothing is working right, E.G.:

    1. Debut release is not discounted right and does not confer the discount to the other products as advertised.

    2.  I NEED A GIFT CARD, BUT THERE ARE NONE FOR SALE

    3. Prices listed in my email promo does not match the in-cart price, e.g. items that were $.90 (while I was at work today) are now full price again ... please, I beg, don't do the sales for a few hours - people who work miss them every time.

    4. I UPDRADED A BUNDLE, BUT IT DID NOT TRIGGER A PURPLE BAR AS IT SHOULD HAVE.

    5. RE: dortybass comment - NO PRO BUNDLES ARE $4.99 (for me).

    Quick Question: How come DAZ Tech has not rolled back the platform to the OLD working one?

  • On the Sales Page, the free item Foxhole Props and the Freebie Pack 5 (that's not the name, but you know the one) are both missing.  The Pack mysteriously left my cart, and the Foxhole Props are showing at 30% off, as are the Hypostyle Hallway and Pharaoh's Ruin that had correctly discounted earlier.  Looks like the BYOB and the 90% off, and the 1.99 are showing correctly, but it's showing $13.89 sales tax.  Can't quite figure out what the sales tax is being calculated on, because right now my total (incorrect) is 87.39, which includes 13.89 tax.  My default address is Canada, but when I check out, it pops in my winter address of Arizona from my address book.

    UPDATE:  I took out the "free" Foxhole Props and my tax dropped from $13.89 to $2.46.   Tres confused.

    I thought there was something like that for free thought going crazy
