Why not? Texture expansions being on sale while the base outfit isn't happens all the time when a texture artist's catalog is featured, especially when the texture artist works with multiple PAs.
You can always buy the expansion now and wait for a better price on the base. There's always another sale....
Unfortunately I do all my shopping on my iPad, and Daz Deals doesn’t work on it. There are several older items I own that still show up as not purchased but some were my very first Daz purchases so I remember them well!

I was like "...wait, I thought I already bought that?" lol I was tempted to buy a couple because I THOUGHT I had bought them but my memory sometimes isn't so good, so I was like "maybe I had INTENDED to buy them but ended up not doing it" lol. Turns out I HAD bought the bundle. So, thank you for the warning! :)
The new releases don't seem to have their correct discounts applied, and the Spotlight item is only going in at 73% off instead of the 85%
Also are there supposed to be a new selection of PC for the Day?

How do I make BYOB work as a non-member? I don't get the 70% off...
Pc+ for a day is yesterday list, not counting some of today's new releases :)
Spotlight item will end up with only 70% discount when in the cart

Or, because it's obviously an error (some of them aren't even Daz Originals - they're PA items) you could wait until the error is fixed and not take advantage. :(
^Just came to note that - a few new releases are in the PC+ for a day (and even worse, they're getting the extra discount in the cart) - hope it gets fixed for them soon :(
Ok the spotlight item has been fixed, it's getting the correct discount now.
PC for a day items not fixed as yet tho.
What is going on? I put a bunch of PC+ items for a day in my cart, then the price went to full price. I check Platinum for a Day page, and it’s a whole new bunch of items. I delete my cart then start over with the new bunch. Now they are full price and it’s back to the original items that are back in that category. This is insane!

Not fixed. I still get the full price, despite making several refreshes.
I just put a few of the Plat for a day in my cart and get the expected discounts.
It appears the Gift Cards aren't getting discounted in the cart:

I'm still seeing yesterday's PC for a day, both on the main sale page carousel and on teh actual page.
That's if you are a non-PC member. PC members it goes to 85% on its own.

I am a PC+ member. It is fixed now, though....
Not fixed on my side. I still see yesterday's items. This store drives me crazy. Might go to Renderosity to have a better buyer experience for today. Really, DAZ should work on this store asap.
oh yeah i saw those. Email notification from the browser add on had a few at $1.99
The "new" ones in the plat for a day must be ones i already own cos I can't see anything different to yesterday's.
maybe you are still looking at wrong items.. there was an issue and some items showed as PC+ items but they weren't.. there was also an environment new item, I was surprised to see it at 1.99..
If these other items I saw were intentional, I don't understand why they were pulled. If they were unintentional, someone (or the store) is doing a whacky job., Either way, I feel irritated. Very much.
This store used to be dependable. Now it's a hit, miss, and run situation.
Besides the product library is still missing basic information which the store doesn't provide any longer for those items which are discontinued.
I dare say I spent a lot of money here. For years now, on more than 13 000 items (yes, I'm a 3D-hoarder!). But if this annoying stuff continues, I'll go into buyer hiatus for the next months.
The Plat-for-a-day has been rather nuts for the past few hours. I've been seeing products suddenly included - and just as suddenly vanish! - sometimes a purchase could be made BUT not always ... And one old item which appeared for $1.99 had a sudden price jump up in the middle of the "place order" transaction. That issue has never been fixed??? CS ticket placed.
I don't get any discount on gift cards over $200.
Gift Car and missing cart button reported, and asked about the PC for the day selection while I was at it.
