    AFAIK, the 45% replaces the usual 30% global reduction.  It's not an additional 45%.

    The 45% off replaces the usual 30% off PC discount, not the base "this is a new release" discount.

    that does not compute ... 45% off $120.95 = 66.52 ...
    120.95 with 305 off = 84.67  x 45% off = 46.56, the price I see with the product bundle. Then you need to deduct all those other percents off. 

    Right now it ashows $25 in my cart for the bundle

    Interesting point. From my perspective, using store credit does not even imply that a gift card is involved (could be from a refund as well), so I hope this is a leftover from another campaign where gift cards where excluded from purchase. But this should really be clarified as it is a deal breaker for me.

  • Bundle pricing issues seems to be resolved (comes out as projected at $25,65 before Cashback).

    Still, the 10% off entire cart seems to not affect Fast Grab items that still come out at 70% for me.

    Just noticed it also does not apply to BYOB.

    It doesnt really matter much, but ENTIRE cart really should mean ENTIRE.

    For the fun of it, the 10% are also not applied to the Spotlight Item.

    Why don’t they just have the changeover at noon? That way they have three hours to test things out during working hours before going live... This is really becoming a joke. I’ve never seen a company, ever, have so much chaos on a DAILY basis!

    Yeah, I'd like to be able to buy a bundle without having to file a ticket a couple hours later due to discounts that didn't apply when I purchases that should have.

    Maybe it will be a coupon that excludes store credit ?

    But if it means people buying the Pro Bundle with store credit don't get the $10 credit then I will be a very unhappy customer because I used store credit to get the bundle.

    Pointless as store credit cannot be used in any order involving gift cards.

  • The comment about no GCs was just reiterating the usualy - that you cannot buy a GC with credit. Perhaps there had been support queries about that and they were clarifying. Anyway, since it isn't apparently making things clearer the text has been removed (cache permitting).

    I believe everything except the bundle is the correct price. You've obviously got a screenshot of the cart you paid. I recommend recreating that cart, and taking another screenshot. (Open the product pages for the items you purchased. Click on the red "Purchased" button. That will put the item in your cart, even though you own it.)

    With screenshots showing what you paid, and what you should have paid, open a trouble ticket with Customer Service. They will refund the difference as Store Credit. (If you need the funds returned to the account you used for purchase, they will do that if you ask them to. Store Credit is the default.)

    To open the ticket, click on the Contact Us link, found at the bottom of every page on the site. Make sure you're already logged in.

    What's going on here? After I purchased my cart with the Kjaer bundle, literally the very next second a purple banner appeared offering 20% off an entire cart... was this a reward from the purchase of the Kjaer bundle or did I trigger the checkout button one second too early?

    Yes, it's because you bought the bundle.

    I actually only really wanted the two characters in the bundle and nothing else in there but for $15, I figured oh well, wrap up the bundle.

  • I didn't even have the bundle in my cart and got the coupon, it reads like it's for buying anything (maybe anything new?) from this month's sales.

    While it has the, now typical, text about not using it to re-buy an item at a lower price, I think it would be worth asking since it's the same day you made the purchase. They really should have either made sure the coupon showed up at the beginning of the day, or held off for it to show up tomorrow...

    Thanks. I've reassembled my cart, and apparently even somehow paid extra on the wings and trench coat outfit as well as Kjaer (who is impossible to find on store search, which is fun). I'll drop 'em a ticket now. I'm remembering why I quit buying from Daz for several years now though. Finding you paid $10 more than you should is just a little ridiculous. Makes me wonder how many others have too, but didn't see anything in the forums?

    Limited time = I don't see anything else I want to buy other than a PC+ Annual; and I don't need anymore store credit. Hope it lasts past midnight.

    I fully agree. Having a decent - and discounted - store credit makes shopping so much more interesting laugh
