Blender export options seem to be missing?

It's weird, or I am an idiot lol. I could have sworn last time I was exporting OBJ, there was a checkbox that said something along the lines of export selection only. Was that removed?

    That looks strange. That option is under 'Include' together with other options, but in your picture 'include' looks empty.

    What happens if you open a new blender and try to do an export?

    Yeah, still empty section, totally weird. Will have to try a fresh vanilla install, see if that helps. Maybe it's a quirk in the latest ecycles or something.

    Yeah, I guess that was it. I installed a fresh 2.90 portable version and the include section is populated properly there. Oh well, just have to use the vanilla when it comes time to export, and keep the souped up version for just when I am doing renders.
