goatee problem

Hello, everytime I move the characters eyebrow, the goatee moves with it.

How do I stop this? Is there a way to mae it stay in place?

I recommend listing what product is if you are looking for a solution....

check to make sure the goatee is fitted to the character, and not the eyebrows.
