Why do you think that? The promos show actual geometry for the armour pieces and weapons - surely it just requires a G8M to attach it to?

Ah, I see. From the product page it looks like it should work an any G8M, but who knows how it will look.
Actually that Berserker outfit says in the text that it works on standard G8M too so at the least the text on different product pages is inconsistent.
Yeah, that one doesn't even say in its name and URL that it's specifically for the Ogre HD, yet it is listed as a requirement. This makes me think the Orge HD should be listed as a requirement for the new product, too.
I submitted a help request about the banner ad problem where the "buttons" overlap with the text. They said the will fix today's ad (I think they already have!) and test for it in the future.
They moved the text up a bit a few minutes ago.

The Berserker Outfit comes with two sets of wardrobe presets, one for Genesis 8 Male and another set for Ogre HD.
@daveso, I'm seeing the discounts now. Looks like it got fixed.
Am I doing something wrong with that bundle? I added 8 items from the BYOB and it comes out to 16.96.

Yes, we noticed iit wasn't actually discounting in cart just after Daz fixed it, so sent a follow-up report.
@daveso and Charlie Judge, I just refreshed my cart and I'm now seeing the discount for the poses.
So I guess it's not 8 items for a total of 2.99, it's single items @1.99 each or something??
The Spartan Armor is not a PC+ item, and isn't in the BYOB selection.
All eight items need to be from this selection of items, which changes every several days, if I'm not mistaken: https://www.daz3d.com/byob2
It is also possible, some of the other seven in your cart are not in this selection, but I didn't check them. I checked the other seven, and adding another product from the link above brought the total to $2.99.
You're right, I took out the Spartan Armor and added another item from the BYOB and it worked. Thanks!
You didn’t have to take the Spartan armor out; as long as you had exactly 8 of the BYOB items in your cart, you should get the discount regardless of what else is in there.

As I logged my new character into my chart, I realized that something was off on the name, 'Xaviar for Valentio 8' yet the required product is Valentino 8. QC should have caught this, it is a basic edit check.

Oh yeah, that's common this past year. Quality Control is AWFUL. Do you know those left and right cheeks on your face are LEFT CHECK and RIGHT CHECK in the morphs on one of the characters? Tell me Quality Control even LOOKED at that product.

QA???? How about the recent Sea Shanty Props, where one of the props won't even load? How did that get through any kind of QA test?
Or the recent Into the Bushes product where one of the three advertised material presets is completely missing, because two of the three are identical, And one of the green bush props loads bright orange (even the trunk of the bush is bright orange). How did that get through any kind of QA test.
I'm worn out from submitting help requests about this kind of thing.
It appears the issue arose between testing and when the installer was created for the store. Which is why it wasn't picked up.
The issues will get sorted, so I think it's good to keep some perspective - and remember that QA are human who make mistakes just like the rest of us - everyone is under increased pressure and workload. Obviously errors should be minimised, but as I said, worst case they will be rectified.
Yeah, the other thing to remember at the moment is that it is not a questiion of calling a query across a room or walking into the next office. Every one is spread out all over the town.
Is there a reason why https://www.daz3d.com/karl-hd-for-landon-8 suddenly dropped out from eligible G8 items for the 5 free w/Daisy 8 Pro? It was there all week and this morning. Shows at the $14.90 price like the rest but isn't discounting to zero in the cart and isn't in the eligible list.
This is not a problem that began this month, or even this year.
