DIM Slowdown?

Anyone ever experienced a significant slowdown in DIM download speeds after an initially quick start? This seems to be happening to me only on Windows, not on macOS, and it's a precipitous drop. I go from getting speeds close to my normal download speeds (400 megabits per second) to 20-40 megabits per second. This seems to happen about 5 minutes or so after starting DIM.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this, or how to fix it?
