thats a good point . I have a few case of 80% Alcohol preps i bought way back and I carry a few in my pocket just for that reason to wipe my phone down with they work really great cleaning the fingure prints off the screen I have been using them for a few years for my glasssdes and phone stuff like that and now that you brought this up i hope they work for keeping my phone partially germ free.
From the stories I've been reading a lot of people get it say it varied from like a bad cold or symptoms of the flu. those weaker people that had under lying health issues have been having the worst problems because it become neumonia and then it becomes much harder to treat.
The Up-side is if you do get it and survive it. your body will have the antibodies built up so the next wave of out breaks you should be spared a reoccurrence, unless it becomes like the flu and mutates into different strains.
Whelp, my mom just made a trip to the grocery store and took a "wish list" with her for me...and she did better than expected. She says they're working like bees to restock shelves and she was able to get staples like bread and ground hamburger, etc. The funny thing was that the stuff she found easily was the stuff nobody wants that we eat...like whole wheat pasta and organic free-range eggs.

A couple people offered a list of the movies they're watching. I want a list of Zombie / End of the World movies! (not to make light of the situation but I still enjoy a good horror movie; especially if they don't get carried away with the gore. Special effects have gotten too good.)
I think I'll break these out for this evening.
The Last Man On Earth (1974) with Vincent Price. Amazon Prime has it for free for Prime members. Haven't seen this one in a while.
The Omega Man (1971) with Charlton Heston. Not free, unfortunately, but on my shelf. This movie is loaded with behavior and dialog that reeks of the '70s so be prepared to cringe a lot. Also, lots of violence in this one. I vaguely remember some nudity but it's been a long time since I've seen it.
The Andromeda Strain (1971) based on Michael Crichton's novel. Also, not free on Prime and also on my shelf. The commentary mentioned Crichton could be seen playing a doctor in the background of a shot when Doctor Mark Hall is being told to leave the operating room because he's needed elsewhere. (OK, so this one isn't a zombie movie but it's a good suspense, horror-ish movie).
If you want comedy you could try:
Spacehunter: Adventures In The Forbidden Zone (1983) with Molly Ringwald. Also not free on Amazon and also on my shelf. Rescue mission to a world ravaged by a plague.
Well, time to scrub up and try another trip to the store. Friday's attempt to do the weeks shopping didn't work out so well.

One thing thats happened because of this is the end to those messy beards. My housemate works in a surgery and several men all had to shave their unkempt face bushes because they stopped the antiviral masks from being properly sealed. So remember, shaving saves lives...
So I think it was caused by both the poliferation of masses of facial hair and bad Corona song covers and viruses having enough. Making out with Pangolins should still be considered risky but not completely to blame.
So despite there being warnings about fake cures and home remedies, these chuckleheads* decide to throw their disinformation into the lot.

The police said they are arresting fewer people to stop over-crowding in jails which means while everyone is staying home and off the streets, the criminal homeless will be out and about...
In Italy, the crime rate has dropped - less muggings, etc - but unfortunately, domestic abuse has risen. Probably due to being confined with close family members. Sad.....
They are opening up empty motel rooms for homeless so lots of new drug dens...

Why? the GF and I have decided to stay at our respective places for now since we are focuing on prevention and we both work with lots of people. We both would feel horrible if we were the ones that gave it to each other unintentionally.

I cannot decide what binge marathon I want to do. MCU, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Maze Runner, Lord of the rings, UnderWorld, Jerasic Park, Despicable Me + Minions, or maybe find a series on Netflix/Prime/CBS all access or Disney plus. Prime has True Blood. CBS has Picard and Twilight Zone. Disney plus has Star Wars and a lot of Disney Stuff. Netflix has a bunch of series. Of course the other movie/Tv subscription plans include a bunch of other stuff.
Then my other burning question is what is the cereal for Hexagon. Also if I can find an hdmi cable, can I watch Microsoft Movies and Tv stuff on my tv without disturbing my rendering and gaming or other way around.
I am indecisive about what to watch and tired of my computer delaying the opening of a web browser to find a valid hexagon serial number.

. My fishes are always hungery I did a water change on it today so it a little cloudy right now these guys are about 8 to 10 inches. they are very old i have had them a very long time.

The possibility is I can avoid medical care by staying home if the virus somehow find me and if the symptoms are mild enough, and it will give weaker people a better opportunity that had under lying health issues to get medical care. The best part is it looks like till now no one affected from this community. Hope we all stay safe.
Found my HDMI cord and extender so trying to connect my TV to the computer.
Would this be a bad combination? Or is there a safer way to clean the outside of my computer?
That is what we are hoping on too, I have not been to town since last Monday we just stay home and putt around the house making hubby work on the honey due list. .. if by chance if the virus finds us we plan on staying home to fight it the best we can, less it were to get so bad we would need treatment. Though the best plan is to avoid getting altogether. we did get out flu shots this year so hopefully we will avoided that.
I got a flu shot in February or January or something like that. Am I still at risk for Corona?
There's only so much texting, Tweeting, posting in forums you can do. Humans are meant to be social. I'm an only child so grew up good at being self-entertaining but since I haven't ventured out since last Tuesday because I have asthma, the solitude is beginning to hit me. I'm actually happy to hear the footsteps on my ceiling from my upstairs neighbor so I know civilization still exists. I can, of course walk outside, but it's been cold and raining out and without normal people on the streets, and the police saying they are cutting down on arrests so the jails don't get too crowded, I'm a bit afraid because I'm close to Hollywood which has started to get bad with drug addict/alcoholic criminal homeless. I'm probably being paranoid. If the weather gets better tomorrow I'll either walk over to Rite Aid or drive the few blocks to Trader Joe's because Los Angelenos already think it's a national disaster when it rains out lol.
