Character Converter G3F to G8F Can't Find Certain Character's (Riversoft)

Hello,

Unable to convert Kayless G3F Characters Jen Gwennelli, etc. They don't show up when I load the directory and adding them as a single file gives No Character Found error. Please advise? Most characters do work!
